When I swipe over to Weather on my Charge 3, it never works and says to try syncing with my phone... That doesn't work either. Any insights?

If you use an Android phone, the issue could be the data usage setting. For weather to sync consistently on the Fitbit Charge 3, it appears you need to go to Settings/Data usage, scroll to Fitbit app, and uncheck the "Restrict background data." There may be a similar setting for iPhone, but I don't know. I consciously decided to check the "Restrict background data" on the Fitbit app because I get longer battery life on my phone that way. But when I had the setting unchecked, the weather on the C3 stayed current very well, not only for my current location but for 2 other locations. I hope this helps!

Cannot see weather on my fitbit charge 3 even after syncing with app.
Also giving incorrect floors climbed. Was working fine earlier.
Cannot see current heartbeat rate on the app.

Mine is less than a year old. It’s already outdated. The weather works sporadically!! I believe they need to stop selling outdated watches at new watch prices. Or at least tell people they aren’t updating them anymore.
