My fitbit app logged me out last night and I couldn't log back in as I couldn't remember my password. I tried to click on resetting my password but it wouldn't work. I tried to make a new account thinking it would link to the old one and it hasn't.
I want to delete the new one and logged into my original one so I can keep all my records etc. Fors anyone have any ideas on what to do?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
