Charge 3 acting odd

I’ve had the charge 3 for about a year now and probably 6 months ago I started noticing dead lines through the display that never went away even after restarting on the charger. There were a few times it went unresponsive but the restart always fixed it. The lines never really bothered me since it was still functioning properly otherwise. Last couple months I’ve been noticing more. Then today it started really going crazy. It continually scrolls through the screens rapidly, won’t respond to tapping the screen, scrolling or the side button. When I hook it up to restart it restarts fine, the smily face pops up(with lines through it now) and it goes right back to scrolling. Even the charge icon scrolls. Won’t sync with my phone either. And then sometimes is just shuts off and won’t turn back on unless I plug it in again. Was working fine when I woke up and haven’t done anything with it until I went to work out and it started scrolling like mad. Can’t even read the time it’s scrolling so fast.
