Charge 3 acting odd

Sunday I went for a run and afterward my screen started flashing from the clock and then to Notifications

and back and forth.  Then the battery went low so I charged it and it kept doing it but then stopped.  I wore it yesterday and it seems fine and then just like that the battery was low again so I charged it again. When it was done charging I unhooked it from the charger and the screen started flashing again back and forth and making a buzzing noise.  I was afraid to put it on so I just let it sit there.  This morning I checked it and the charge was back down to 36% but it wasn't flashing anymore. I put it back on the charger and when I checked on it there was just a line across it. Unplugged it and I now just have a blank screen.  I got this for Christmas in 2019 so just 1.5 years old and already it seems to have bit the dust.
