Hi, I've started using an Arc trainer recently and my Charge 3 doesn't seem to pick up steps I do on that. If i'm lucky it will pick up 1,500 steps in an hour of cardio. Previously I used to use a standard Elliptical without moving my arms and it tracked my steps fine. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community, @Ricky3656.
Thanks for the information provided. Since you are not actually walking, your tracker won't be able to pick steps while you are on the arc trainer. At the moment of doing this activity, you can select the workout "elliptical" directly from your Charge 3. For more information, check the article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?.
Let me know if you need anything else.
