Have recently updated the Fitbit app, and it is now saying that my charge 3 isn’t compatible with Fitbit app.... has anyone else had this issue, and is so how did you manage to fix it? Already checked for any other updates and there’s nothing

I’m having a problem with my time. My fitbit is about a half hour behind. This has never happened. My Fitbit always matches what my phone says. I deleted the app and reinstalled but am still having an issue.
