Charge 3 background became white all of a sudden

Does anyone know what could have caused this? The background of my charge 3 became white/gray all of a sudden. This happened after battery almost empty (!) Displayed on screen. Changing the clock face does not help. 

Purchased my charge 3 on December 2018. Help please!

I also have been having issues with my screen having white lines. I have tried everything. About a month before this started my charge 3 went blank have to change my clock and the it was fine. Also my band broke. Really disappointed in this product. Never had this issue with my fitbit charge 2.

The exact same thing happened to mine just after the firmware update. My battery was at about 15%, then, all of the sudden, the LCD screen had all these white, vertical streaks. I've had my Charge 3 since November and it's been great up until now. I have to assume this is some sort of bug in the newest firmware, because my wife hasn't updated hers, and it's still working fine. I've tried all the solutions that the help team here recommends, like plugging it in and resetting it, but nothing works.

Same here exactly. Battery was at 15% when this happened. Im extremely disappointed with Fitbit charge 3.

Someone from their support team lodged a support request on my behalf. After another try of hard reset, which i already did before posting here, they sent me a replacement. All good now!

Mine also has a white  background after charging. I have tried rebooting the device and changing the clockface. Neither has worked. I have had mine since February.

Because it is under 1 year they will most likely
just send you a new one!

Mine has been in this state for a few weeks now. Just raised a support ticket. Any solutions to this?

I’m disappointed.  I bought mine in June.  Now in December, same thing white background getting worse.  

changed click face, restarted nothing worked.

I got mine replaced. Was all good and happy again until some lines wont
light up on the replacement unit. It is up for another replacement. While
it is good that they are able to replace the unit, i am as disappointed as
you. I bought it not one year ago and i got 2 issues already.

Not a good product.

Just charged mine yesterday and now it is doing the same thing. I've tried doing a reset, but nothing happens.  I've had mine since Christmas 2018.  Hope there is a fix for this!

Mine got replaced but eventually the replacement had another display issue and got another replacement. And 6 minths after, I got the same blank line again.

Looks like. I lost faith on Fitbit. Too expensive to a 6month use without repirting anybissue
