Charge 3 band doesn't attach to device

When charging, band doesn't attach to device and the DND Sleep icon appears

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with your Charge 3 device. 

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few extra details? You mean that the Charge 3 battery is not charging properly, correct? In the meantime, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with the battery. 

Regarding the Do Not Disturb feature, you mean the DND gets turned on automatically when you connect your device to the charger?

Yes only dbd and sleeping come on when placed in charger, thanks!

Make sure to try to complete the restart procedure if you're still getting the Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode icons, but if your device is still not attaching to the charger or your device is not charging at all and you've tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned earlier, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call.
