Fitbit Charge 3 is 10 months old. A few weeks ago the screen started to fade gradually from the top down and now is completely blank. Tried resetting when plugged in but no vibrations and cant see smiley face. Tried letting battery completely die and recharge but again no vibrations and now wont sync with my phone. No reaction from Fitbit when button is pressed. What can i do to fix it? Really miss it

Hi @Fifi57, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the battery and syncing issues that your Charge 3 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
In case your Charge 3 is still unable to sync your data, please try the steps included in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
