Charge 3 battery drain

Hiya! I have decided to make a new post about this as previous ones I have looked at were outdated to me and no answers helped. Please note that I have already tried other things on the forums (i.e. checking how to charge, rebooting it, resyncing and everything else).

I have had my Charge 3 for maybe 2 weeks now and for the entire first week I have loved it. However the second week has started showing problems with battery and draining levels.

For starters, the first time I put it on charge it just would not charge (and I absolutely promise it was on properly - when I first put it on it vibrated and the battery picture to say it was charging was up) and when I checked it an hour later it had not charged at all.

The second situation - I charged it yesterday to almost full (90-100%) and it was fine until this morning. I woke up and synced it to my phone to check my sleep data and the app said it was 56% which I thought was weird but brushed it off, 5minutes later it died and the watch said it was at 6%.

Am I the only one with this problem? Sucks seeing that it is still fairly new and I am already having problems with it. Already thinking of returning it - if I have problems in the first 2 weeks then I couldn’t imagine what the problems later on would be.

Nope there are plenty with your same battery issues. I've had the same problem as well. Absolutely nothing has changed in my setup, and last week it went from holding a charge for 5 days or so, to less than 24 hours. I've reset everything, uninstalled/reinstalled, and even turned off all the features like the moderators suggested (like that's a proper solution). still have to recharge every day.

As you can see, there have been many requests for help for this problem in just the last several days, and very little response from the moderators. I still check to see if its resolved, but I've since started the process to move my family from Fitbit (we've all used Charges from 1. Enjoy my money, Fitbit) to another brand. Good luck
