My original Charge 3 went dead so Fitbit sent me a replacement for the mechanism. However, within two days of charging, the button got stuck in the "pushed in" position and remained unresponsive to my touch. So now the replacement is not functioning. I would really appreciate receiving a five-start replacement that doesn't come with its own problems built in.

Hi @viadiroma,
You'd be better off contacting Support directly. Sometimes Fitbit employees don't see messages like yours on the forums.
I do agree you need a replacement, hopefully once you contact Support, they can get you one shortly.
