My charge 3 has started rapidly discharging. A 100% charges lasts a few hours and goes straight down to 0. I have cleaned, reset and done everything many of the community forums are suggesting. Is there way to fix this or do I need to throw this away and switch to a tracker other than fitbit. I'm using the iphone app.

Best AnswerYes I did this a while ago and again to try to resolve the issue. I'm not in a country where anyone can repair this or even help. Do I necessarily need to buy a new one now?
Best AnswerSame problem here
I did call the folks at FitBit and yes, my Charge 3 was discharging rapidly, what I did not realize was that my Charge was actually out of warranty, so. Having been a long time FitBit user they offered me a wonderful discount on a new unit of my choice.
I ordered just now, thank you FitBit folks for your help and making it do I could get a new unit.
I simply cannot say enough about their help and resolution.
Respectfully,
Fred Regan
