Charge 3 battery draining quickly

I recently switched to the charge 3 from a Fitbit Alta HR and so far my charge 3 is hardly standing up to 3 hours of use.

looking at the charge 3 every half an hour for about a minute. And by the end of the 3 hour its given me a low battery warning. 

 

Can anyone help me ??

 

PS. I use an Iphone 6 S+
