Hi, My Charge 3 does not seem to hold a charge any more and depletes from 100% to 0 in 24 hours. This was working fine before 2 weeks ago in December 2019 and the battery was lasting 5-6 days from 1 complete charge.
I believe the new firmware is causing the battery to drain fast i have firmware 20001.63.5. I have tried to fix it using recommended actions from other community forums such as: try other USB chargers (the charger that worked for the past 6 months as well as other wall charger), they all charge the Fitbit to 100% but the Fitbit doesn't hold the charge long, tried resetting the Charge 3, allowed it to fully deplete and die then charge to 100%.
Please note this was not a problem till January 2020 when this started happening, prior to that in December 2019 and before that the battery lasted for 5-6 days.

Having the same issue, was fine up until a couple of weeks ago, have reset, cleaned contacts, turned off notifications, heart rate and it’s still draining daily.
