Charge 3 syncing, display and battery issues

I have had my Charge 3 for just over a year and for the last couple of days it hasn't been syncing very well, the time on display was way out, I have a black line across the top of the screen and now the charge won't last even an hour?

Thank you very much for your reply however none of this worked and they are currently doing tests on my fitbit. It went from 100% late Friday night and died in the early hours of this morning. I'm hoping it can be fixed as this is an important factor in my fitness programme.
