Charge 3 battery draining

I don't know what is wrong, but when I charged my Fitbit because it said battery low, the battery suddenly said full just in few minutes. When I wear it, suddenly it said battery medium in few minutes. So I decided to just charge it for few hours even when it said full, but when I wear it after that. It still suddenly said battery medium after few minutes! And it died suddenly after not even an hour.

I tried to reboot it and everything everyone else had said in this forum, but my problem still exists. Got this because I thought Fitbit is more reliable than Samsung as I wore Samsung Galaxy fit before this, but this Fitbit Charge 3 is much much worse. At least my galaxy fit lasted me 2-3 days with full spec on.

Welcome to the Community, @anis89.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

I did everything suggested in that article but the battery still the worst. I turn off the notification, wake function, and even dimmed the screen. For example, I charged my fitbit at night until it is 99%. Wear it and then sleep with it. In the morning the battery said 93% so I thought ok it should last until evening hopefully.

But few minutes after that like 15mins or so, I got the low battery warning. The battery was at 4% so now I have to charge again!

Seriously I regretted buying fitbit as this is the worst fitness tracker I've used. I've used mi band and samsung before this and never had battery problem. I thought samsung galaxy fit's battery that could last 2-3 days was the worst, but didn't expect this would be much much worse. I thought fitbit should be more reliable hence I 'upgraded' to this much more expensive tracker. I regret that I didn't check this forum beforehand because now I can see a lot of people actually have similar problems with battery.
