Charge 3 horizontal lines moving on display

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

just today, I was wearing my Fitbit when I got horizontal lines across the screen of it, upon restarting it (both with the 8 second method and multiple 15 second method), I seem to have bricked the device, it vibrates when pressed and the green light still works, I tried to pair it to my phone again but I can't get the verification code from the Fitbit because the screen doesn't work.

Any advice on a hard restart or something would be nice, especially seeing at this was a Xmas gift 🙂

For clarification, the 8 and 15 second methods above

8 second:

Put Fitbit in charger so it vibrates

Hold button for 8 seconds

Remove from charger and stop holding

--nothing happens--

15 second:

Put Fitbit in charger so it vibrates:

Hold button for 15 seconds

(some number of buzzes happen, first it's 4, then 3, then 2, then 1, then nothing)

move from charger and stop holding

*Repeat*

--nothing--

Thanks,

Delta
