Have had my Charge 3 since last November. Been fine until yesterday. Charged fully the evening before @97% when i got up yesterday 4pm got an alert saying battery was low. Screen then dead. Charged fully when got home took 2hrs but lasted 45 min. Checked forum did full reset and charged again ( was quicker this time) but lasted 30 min. Did reset again and charged overnight. Power dropped 10% as soon as un plugged managed to get a 30 min exercise in but power then gone.
what else can i try?

Hi @MrBMK, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the battery drains fast. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Charge 3. After this, monitor your tracker and see if the battery doesn't drain fast.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Good evening JuanJo the bits on the link that were applicable i have tried. My Wife had charged my Fitbit this afternoon when she got in. When i got in it was at 80% I put it on but just over half hour later it was completely drained. I have put it back on charge and when charged will leave it off to see how long it lasts.
I have also emailed Customer Service.
