Charge 3 battery issue

Charge 3 is Dead when off charger. The ap syncs and shows battery is full. Ive updated to version...01.88.11, rebooted, changed clock face, etc. indicator shows 0% and flashes. When I disconnect and plug back in I get smiley face, dim screen with line(that Ive lived with since update). If battery is bad and I need to replace tracker, I'll reconsider fitbit as Ive only had this since 12-2018 and mainly use it for time, heart rate and sleep.
