Charge 3 batyery issue

Won't stay charged more than 2 hours and some lines have formed across the display. I rebooted and have also followed help topics on reducing battery use and it's no help. Is the battery replaceable or is this fitbit done?

I have yet to hear from anyone in support. I just need to know if this can be fixed or if I need to get a new one.
