My Charge 3 has just never quite worked reliably. I use my tracker everyday to ensure I’m maintaining a activity levels, exercise regimes and more recently healthy eating habits.
Because I decided I wanted to lose a few kilos, I’ve taken more notice of how accurately the Fitbit works... I have become increasingly downhearted when I work my butt off and the Fitbit simply doesn’t record activity properly.
It didn’t used to bother me all that much cos I knew just to add another 10% to my steps etc... didn’t concern me when I was happy for my weight to be maintained. Now when I need it most, instead of my Fitbit being a supportive motivator, it has become an instrument of punishment and frustration. Because I’m only a couple of kilos off where I want to be, every calorie and every slice of exercise I get counts... after so many years of wearing Fitbit, I think I might switch.
