Just noticed that my charge 3 has started having black lines appeared on the screen, gotten more in a few days.

just wondering is there any way to fix this, or for a replacement to be sent out?

many thanks

I have a similar problem & its very frustrating. I have had mine for about a year & about 2 weeks ago the screen just went pixelated & disappeared more and more. I have tried to re start the watch but that wasnt even working. It is still picking up my steps but I have to check on my phone how many I have done as the screen on the watch shows nothing! For what was paid for this watch, I would expect it to last a lot longer than a year. Also looking on the internet this looks like a constant widespread problem 😣😣  I would like help to sort this or a replacement please.

@Rylie82 @Lynd1980 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community.

Let me help you with this. Please try restarting your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.
