Charge 3 black screen only vibrates

I have a Fitbit charge 3 that has a black screen and only vibrates. I have tried all troubles shooting steps like putting it on the charger holding the button for 15 seconds but nothing happens. I've also tried others troubleshooting tips to no avail.

Thank you for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts.

I suggest you try to restart your Charge 3 this way:

1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
2. Press and hold the button for 15 seconds while the device is connected to the charging cable.
3. The device turns on and shows a battery symbol. Two vibrations occur: first a short one, then a medium one.
4. The device turns off.The Charge 3 turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: There will be a total of 7 short vibrations.
5. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device will shut down.
6. Reconnect the device to the charging cable.

Please try to change the clock face too:

1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > devices icon > your device.
2. Tap Gallery > Clocks tab.
3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want > Install.
4. Sync your device with the Fitbit app.
