About 3 months ago my screen went black but was still vibrating and flashing green on the inside. I tried the reboot and clack face changes suggested in these thread and it was fixed for about 3 weeks. It is now black again, still vibrating and has the inside green flashing light. I have tried the long and short reboots numerous times. Changed the clock face. Updated app. None of which have worked. Very disappointed with the device. What are the next steps?
