This is the 3rd time my screen has gone blank or corrupted on my charge 3 which is 10 months old. This seems to be a very common problem and I have tried ALL the suggested fixes in the forum, changing clock face, short start long start etc. The long start worked the first time and lasted a few weeks. The second time after multiple attempts at all suggested solutions I got half a screen, then lines, then back to black. I've spent the last 9 days repeatedly trying to reset but to no avail. The number of people reporting this issue is shocking for such an expensive item. Can this be replaced please as its under 12 months old.
