The screen of my Charge 3 has went out. I have followed all the directions in the forum, such as the long reboot, changing face screens, etc. Seems as if this happened to everyone after a software update. This is the second time a software update has made my Fitbit stop working. (Happened with my HR as well). Pretty disappointing since we spend good money on a watch to only work for less than 2 years.

On a side note, I'd like to let you know that there hasn't been a recent firmware update for the Charge 3. The last firmware update was 1.88.11 and it was released some time ago.
