Charge 3 black screen

Hi,  my charge 3 showed an 001 error message when charging today and when I tried to followomg reset instructions from here,  it now is only asking a black screen. I searched for a thread on that error and tried what was suggested but no success. I only get a short vibration and nothing else.

Mine did this a while ago. I was able to get back a very dim screen by clicking the button, swiping left three times and tapping the top portion of the black screen. Something like that changed the screen brightness to “Normal”. Worked for a while then it went permanently black. Now the battery is discharging in two days and it does not track my sleep or heart rate anymore. That’s what brought me here today. Next step is to export all my data and go somewhere else. Cheers.

My charge 4 randomly went black yesterday too. I’m not sure if there was any error code or anything. It was fully charged. I put it in and went to work. And two hours later it was dead and now it won’t come back on at all. It just vibrates aggressively if I tap the button on the side at all..
