2 days ago Fitbit charge 3 would not stop vibrating. Then screen went black. Now unresponsive. Tried deleting app and pressing side button while charging. Currently not working. Can’t find account icon to change clock face on phone app. Thinking is it broken and need to replace with an Apple Watch ?

Similar issue. Followed advice from Fitbit through emails, generally only one every week, after the third week still no solution and I seem to have been wiped and my ticket closed. I am still trying..
Shame, it was great, might look for Apple or Garmin too if that's the best they can do..

Hi @ManuFitbit I've been trying to restart my Charge 3 for 3 days. It vibrates, and my app can find the device, but I can't pair it because the screen is blank and I can never get a smiley face, Fitbit logo, anything to show on my screen. I've been trying to connect with customer service chat for 3 days but it never connects me to anyone...please help before I throw it out the window and never buy another Fitbit product.
