The screen has blacked out but is still vibrating when notifications are received. It's still tracking steps, etc. Tried restarting it, restarting while charging & changed clock face but the screen doesn't do anything. Please help!

I am having the same problem, can barely see the screen, have reset so many times, not even 2 yrs old.

It won't be covered. I reached out to support and they sent me an email saying it was out of the warranty period (1 year) and won't be covered, but oh! here's a coupon for 35% off another product that will barely last a year. This is actually my 2nd Charge 3. Fitbit replaced the original at about the 11th month. I won't be purchasing Fitbit products again; they don't stand the test of time. Good luck!
