My Charge 3 stops mapping my walk/bike after less than a minute, although it tracks the time spent exercising without a problem. For example, yesterday I biked 17 minutes yet the map shows that I went less than 1 NYC block. This has been a consistent problem in both rural and urban locales. I've restarted my phone, rebooted the app, and reset the tracker to no avail. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi Andrea,
Thanks for the reply. After I posted that message, I went and followed other steps on other comments and it seems to be working for the moment. I am, however, having the black line issue with the charge 3 that others have reported. I purchased it in January or February of this year. My phone is a Google Pixel 3.
Thanks again.
