Overnight last night my Charge 3 display stopped working. It still communicates with my phone over bluetooth and vibrates when I have notifications, just no display. After searching the forums, I have tried several restarts and updating the clock face. This has not resolved the problem. Are there any other things I should try? I am currently waiting for an agent on live chat support.
I am having the very same problem as ChrisFLG - I have tried the 8 second & 15 second button holds to no avail, and have tried the changing clock faces but it won't do that either. The watch is still connecting to my phone and giving updates but just a blank screen on the watch - it's very frustrating as I count on the watch to be available all day.
I went to Fitbit support on twitter and sent a direct message. I am having the same problem. Interesting that so many are having this issue just in time for the release of the new Charge 4. Mine was working fine all morning. I looked down and the screen was scrambled. I plugged it into the charger and tried rebooting several times and the screen is now permanently blank. It still syncs and provides data via the app.
Best AnswerI found the direct message option here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs
I haven't received a reply yet so don't get your hopes up.
Best AnswerI got a reply from them on the twitter support account.

Best Answerit was just the directions for the 15 sec reboot which I have tried multiple times and they said that if that didn’t work to supply my name, email, country, place of purchase so that they can further investigate the issue.
