I am now having the same issue. My Fitbit charge 3 was working perfectly this morning and then suddenly it’s stopped working. The screen started flashing and then the screen fully turned off and wouldn’t stop vibrating. I’ve tried to do the 15 second reset and it didn’t work and I now don’t know what to do
