Starting another post in hope someone from Fitbit sees the posts in relation to this subject. Seems to be a problem atm judging by other similar threads!
blank screen, still working/syncing but nothing in screen. Went blank 2 days ago, then I got half a clock face with the rest of the screen pixelated lines, then blank again and nothing since. Have tried charging/soft reset and even changing the clock face via the app but no improvement ☹️

Sorry to hear about your Charge 3 not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so keep working with them to find a solution.

I have the same problem. I have attempted reboots several times and changed clock faces too, but these don’t work. I have been trying to find a way to report it to a Fitbit but just can’t seem to load the support pages. My screen went dimmer a couple of months ago shortly after the update, and then went blank. I still wear it cause it syncs fine...but now I don’t know what time it is unless I look at my phone. Fitbit, if you are monitoring this page, can you please help Me to report my issue to the support team?
