Charge 3 blank screen, side button vibrates not syncing

My charge 3 suddenly has a blank screen and the side button will only vibrate. I can't change the clock face as some have suggested as will no.longer sync and can't do a hard reset as side button just buzzes. Any thoughts anyone? Thank You

I'm experiencing the exact same issue. I also am not sure it's charging now, no lights or vibration upon plugging in. I'm hopeful there will be a simple solution to resolve this quickly.
