Charge 3 blank screen

My Fitbit is fully charged yet it will not show anything on the display screen, . When pushing the sides it vibrates but will not display the time, it’s is only 1 month old and was working perfectly an hour ago, any one any suggestions, thanks!

Hello, I am having the same issue. I have gone through the tips in the forum but they have been unsuccessful. It is still tracking my data but I miss the face functions!

The reset instructions didn’t work. Device is now totally unresponsive.

I have the blank screen problem and despite reset it is still not fixed. Any ideas please

Contact Fitbit support through the live chat! They'll have you try a quick reset, long reset,  change clock... but they're super helpful and within warranty they'll happily send a replacement! Good luck!

Contact the online chat team. They sent me a new face within a week. It was
faster to deal with the support team that way rather than emailing which
took 2 day to get a response.

UPDATE: I see others have had the same resolution that I ended up with as well. My new unit is on its way. Customer support had me try the 8-second reset, the 15-second reset, cleaning the contacts with rubbing alcohol, plugging in and resetting until we got the lines that fill up across the screen, etc. etc. etc. The screen never came back on. Yep. Dead. New replacement in the mail.

Hi my screen has been blank now for more than 2 weeks I have tried the restart on numerous occasions and have changed the clock, again many times, and I have still got a blank screen. Please can you let me know what else I can do? Thanks

Contact fitbit let them know I got a new one sent out as nothing worked

Hi I bought mine 5 months ago, within 2 weeks had to have a replacement as lines on screen. This is the replacement and this time want me to return it before sorting out a new one. Postage to Holland!! Think I may be thinking again about Fitbit

Contact fitbit support. They replaced mine very quickly.

I have same problem. I’ve tried all suggested fixes but nothing worked. Deleted my charge 3 and tried to reinstall but display still not working and I there can’t input 4 digit code in order to sync devices. How do I fix
