Charge 3 blank screen

Since yesterday the screen of my Charge 3 won’t lit. Battery level is ok, it vibrates and sync ( it counts steps) but I can’t see anything on the watch, only on the App. Already tried to restart but it didn’t help.

Hi there @FernandaMSK, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for restarting your Charge 3 prior to contacting us. 

Since your tracker is still syncing, please change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.

I have the same problem. My charge 3 I only bought June 2019 and today after charging the screen has went white by the looks of it the pixels have went. I have tried the pressing of the side button for 8 seconds but it remains the same. I have updated my fitbit but again the screen remains the seme.

 

Any other suggestions
