Hi, I bought my Charge 3 in August 2019 and it was working perfectly fine until this morning when the screen suddenly went blank. I have no problem charging the device and also syncing all information to my phone. When i connect my charge3 to charger it vibrates.. It is still tracking my steps, sleep and all, just the screen is not responding. Tried everything suggested on the previous posts- reseting (holding the side button for 15 sec while charging... changing clock face...). Nothing worked! Need help!!!
