Charge 3 blank screen

My new Charge 3 (bought in January) had apparently completely stopped working. The screen is black, it won't connect to my app (no device found, it says) and it won't restart with the troubleshooting tips. It had previously gone black like this a few times, but connecting it to the charger and holding the button always worked. Now it just vibrates s couple of times then stops. Any tips? Is it just gone for good?
