Last week my screen on my Fitbit froze. I did the long restart with it plugged it, and then after the 15 seconds the screen went completely blank and I haven't been able to get it back on since. It is still syncing fine.
The green light is still on and it vibrates still when I touch the side button. I have also tried to change the clock face, but whenever I do that on the app the circle keeps spinning and nothing ever comes up. I don't know what else to try!

I tried to do the restart and still get a blank screen and no vibrations when hooked up to charger.
Best AnswerI have the same problem too, yet the Fitbit is still recording and linking to the app. Very frustrating as the reboot doesn’t seem to work. What are the next steps?
