Hello,
Since a couple of days my Fitibit has a black screen and since yesterday no haptic feedback.
I tried :
- Changing the face clock (when the screen started to be black)
- Hard and soft reboot
- Wait until it ran out of battery and plugged it again. That's when the haptic feedback stopped
Otherwise, the device can sync and "works"
Any idea on how to fix this issue ?
