Charge 3 blank screen

First dim screen but I thought it was me and my cataract.  Surgery completed and still unable to see half the screen.  Went to turn off as suggested to re set it.  Turned on and jow a jlank screen vibrates lights up on the back little green light. Nothing on the front. Found out dim screen a known fault and that blank screen also a known fault.  Not happy that something so expensive breaks down so quickly.  Any solutions yet Fit Bit.

I am having the same issue and have tried all the suggested ways to fix the issue. The screen still won't display but the tracker is working. 

I have owned this tracker for a few years, it was working fine. Then all of a sudden the screen died. 

Need a resolution.

Still awaiting for a response from fit bit as it was obviously a known problem.
