Charge 3 blank screen

I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 for one year. The screen has vanished, I have tried all the solutions I’ve read to no avail. It seems to still be syncing with my app, however I have no menu icon on my Fitbit app so I can’t change the clock face, which apparently is why I have no screen on my Fitbit.  Help!!

I have tried all of those suggestions and my screen is still blank. Fitbit Charge 3 is next to useless!

me too I even email support did what they said .  It didn't work so I emailed them again and have heard nothing.  So not impressed should stuck with the HR Charge 3 is waste of money
