Charge 3 blank screen

Hi,

 

My brand new Fitbit Charge 3 isn’t working. The vibrations work, and the pairing for the app recognizes the watch but the screen completely blank/black. I’ve tried resetting and doing the long reset about 20 times now and still no luck. Do I need to exchange for a new one?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

Alejandra, the OP said they had tried the Long Restart "20 times" which is why I recommended contacting customer support.
