Charge 3 blank screen

I have read the posts regarding the Charge 3 screen going blank. Tried all the fixes and nothing works. Won’t connect. I get the smiley face and the vibrations and then nothing. How do I contact support?

I’ve tried all the fixes suggested, long and short restarts, all different clock faces. But my screen remains completely blank. The device vibrates but nothing else. My device is 13 months old so probably won’t qualify to be replaced- and I’ve just bought it a new strap as the last broke after 10 months! So frustrating.

I’ve emailed support. Will wait and see.

I am having the same issue with mine.  I got mine at Christmas last year, and before a month was up the screen wouldn't turn on, but I was able to get it restart by the methods listed to restart.  Since then it has happened several times, but have always been able to get it to work again.  In Mid December, the screen just stopped working completely.  I don't care what I do, how long I leave it plugged in, how long I hold the button down, how many times I try to restart it, it will just not turn the screen back on.  It does work, as it still keeps my steps (visible only in the app) and vibrates for certain notifications, the screen is just totally dead.  Is there anything I can do to get the screen working again?  I am ready to give up.
