Until about 2 weeks ago I got my message and calendar notifications without any problems. Now I get none. I have rebooted my phone a Samsung S8, and tried all the recommended troubleshooting procedures. Still no notifications. Short of drop kicking across the room I know of no other things I can try. I rely on the notifications and am not pleased they no longer seem to be working. I suppose my fitbit good have used up its useful life after having a year, but I am not inclined to buy another. Anyone else having this issue? If so, did you manage to get it fixed. Many thanks.

Hi there @SunsetRunner, thanks for stopping by. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot your Charge 3's notifications prior to contacting us.
If you've not done so, please remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings, turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use and set up your Charge 3 as a new device and set up the notifications again.
If the steps doesn't work, I was wondering if the notifications you're not receiving are from a 3rd party app (Snapchat, WhatsApp, etc..)? Can you check if you receive text message from the default app on your phone?

I'm having the same issue with my charge 3 but I have an iphone 7S. I've tried everything to get this resolved. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I've restarted my phone. I've removed it from my bluetooth and reconnected. The only thing that works is restarting my phone and even then I only get notifications for about an hour or so. And it's not only third party notifications, its text and call notifications too.

We’re aware that some customers may experience a compatibility issue with notifications after updating their iPhone to iOS 13. Find help here.
