Charge 3 blank screen

Totally getting frustrated now with the Charge 3 and the issues with the screen. You either get lines going across or the screen dies completely.

 

Yes, we get a replacement but the replacements often have the same fault in time. The other alternative is 50% off a new device but my view is the ones I’ve had don’t last so why should I pay more money out?

 

Come on Fitbit sort it out please.

It’s the frustration of constant device’s failing, really puts me off the product. Surely by now the technology team should have found the problem by now, far too many faulty devices with most of use having 3 or 4 replacement’s. All customers want is a device that can last more than a few months or in my last one weeks ! before becoming defective...
