Totally getting frustrated now with the Charge 3 and the issues with the screen. You either get lines going across or the screen dies completely.
Yes, we get a replacement but the replacements often have the same fault in time. The other alternative is 50% off a new device but my view is the ones I’ve had don’t last so why should I pay more money out?
Come on Fitbit sort it out please.
