Charge 3 blank screen

Like so many others, just moments ago my Charge 3 screen appeared scrambled. The device still syncs, provides data to the app and provides haptic feedback but the screen is now blank. I have tried restarting multiple times. I also tried changing clock faces and nothing fixes the screen issue. I haven’t had this device for very long-only a few months. It has not been subjected to physical damage or moisture. I attempted to start a customer service chat but it wasn’t working.
