Charge 3 isn't recognizing exercises

Anyone else have an issue with their exercise not being tracked due to the battery being low? As long as it still has battery it should still log my daily run but it doesn’t.

I am sorry for the delay in response. Regarding your inquiry, your Charge 3 does this in order to save the battery you have left. My recommendation here is to keep your tracker charged when doing exercise.
