I got my Charge 3 as a birthday present from my husband and kids a year ago. A few months back, I started seeing the all too common white lines on the display. Tried restarting and nothing changed. Fast forward to now and the screen is completely black and my Fitbit is useless.
Such a disappointment that it didn’t even last one year. My birthday is tomorrow and I was considering getting a new one but thought I would start here first and see if I can get any guidance from Fitbit as I’m not sure I want to waste my birthday money. Thanks.
