Charge 3 screen frozen

Yesterday my Fitbit kept vibrating and then about 15 minutes later the screen frozen on the Fitbit. I have tried to reset it by plugging it into the USB and holding down the power button, and I have also tried to change the clock face however the Fitbit is still frozen. Anyone have any recommendations on what else I can try?
